Booking and Cancellation Policy
- All clients are asked to enter card details when booking a paid service, no charge is made until your service is completed.
- Clients can choose to pay either card or cash at the salon on completion of their service.
- Clients can cancel services with 48 hours notice with no charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Any reschedules made under 48 hours notice must take place within 14 days of the original booking.
Allergy Testing
- A skin allergy test is required at least 48 hours before your colour service treatment if you are a first time booker or not had a colour service for 6 months.
Age Restriction Policy
- All Clients under the age of 16 are not permitted to have a colour service.
- 16-17 year olds must have their parents or guardians written permission sent via email before booking.
Complaints Policy
- If you are not fully satisfied with your service please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment and we will take any necessary correction work if there is a fault on our side.
