Booking and Cancellation Policy
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all online bookings made by new clients or anyone with one or more previous no-shows.
• A 25% deposit is also required for in-salon colour bookings made after a free consultation.
• Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
• Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice – no charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours – charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows – charged 100% of the service fee.
• Reschedules within 48 hours must take place within 14 days of the original booking.
Allergy Testing
• A skin allergy test is required at least 48 hours before your colour service if you are a first-time client or have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months.
Age Restriction Policy
• Clients under 16 years old are not permitted to have a colour service.
• 16–17 year olds must have written parental or guardian consent sent via email before booking.
Complaints Policy
• If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
• We will investigate and offer correction work if there is a fault on our side.
